You are here because:
- you are facing an adjustment situation;
- want to understand workplace adjustment better;
- or are preparing in case your workplace faces an adjustment situation in
the future.
This website has been designed with local union leaders in mind but
individual workers and union activists at other levels may also find it useful.
It is based on the experience and knowledge of your union brothers and sisters.
This website is not intended to be a substitute for the guidance and assistance that you receive from
representatives of your union's regional and national offices or from central
labour bodies. It is also not a substitute for knowing your own workplace and
trusting your own instincts. It is a supplement to both of these and should be
treated as just one source of information to help you with the challenge you
face. We hope you will find it a useful one.
